What services do you offer?

Elgin Design and Print offers graphic design and printing services. This includes but is not limited to: stationary, marketing materials such as posters and flyers, banners, merchandise and exhibition graphics. Our products list is NOT exhaustive. if you have an idea that you can’t see on our website, contact us via email, telephone or the contact form on our website and we will work with you to make your vision come to life.

Do I need to have my artwork ready beforehand?

No! Our team can work with drafts to create artwork that will work well with our printing systems, resulting in a professional finish. Alternatively, if you already have finished artwork that you would like us to work with, this can be supplied ideally in a vectorised format such as PDF,  AI or EPS but we can work with any file type you have.

What area do you cover?

Whilst we are based in Farnham, Surrey, we strive to provide our services both locally and nationally, project dependant. We offer local and national delivery, and can also arrange delivery via courier service. Our team frequently travel further afield to install larger projects. Either way, we will go above and beyond to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, we will adapt to your needs, whether it be single quantities, small batches or larger orders.

Do you offer large-format printing?

Yes. We offer many products requiring large format printing, including roller banners, posters, signs and graphics.

What is the turnaround time?

We are adaptable to your needs. We are often able to accommodate short turnaround windows depending on availability and quantity. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to confirm timeframes and avoid disappointment. 

Can my brand colours be matched?

Yes, we are able to colour match any physical references, which can either be brought to or shipped to our office. Alternatively, we are able to colour match to any Pantone colour.

How do I get a quote?

Contact Elgin Design and Print via email, phone, or the form on our website. Our team will work with you to provide a clear quote tailored to your needs as quickly as possible.

Can I return a product?

Due to the nature of our services, all products are non- returnable. However, we will work with you to fix any issues if you are dissatisfied with your item.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Depending on where we are in the production timeline, you may be able to amend or cancel your order; however, this is not guaranteed. 

Will I see a proof before production?

All orders will be proofed by one of our talented designers and checked for quality before a proof being provided to the customer for final approval. It is important to check this proof to ensure size quantities and quality is as you expect.
